ACUITY INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD (“Company”) created this Booking Confirmation & Cancellation Policy (“Policy") to set out the appropriate terms and conditions for customers and partners in booking and cancellation services.
With this Policy, customers and partners will be guided about the scope of the Company's services and obligations as customers and partners.
This Policy applies to all customers and partners who entered into any business arrangement with the Company. These business arrangements include and are not limited to the usage of any kind of services by the Company.
The Company only accepts booking through a phone call, email, or online booking. Booking ETD date must be at least three (3) to five (5) working days before the Vessel ETA so that the Company can make necessary arrangements such as booking with the co-loader / carrier / airline / transporter, applications of fumigation, inspections, surveys and other arrangements related matters.
Rescheduling of services must be informed three (3) days to five (5) working days before the Vessel ETA and will be subjected to the terms and conditions of the Co-loader / Carrier / Airline / Transporter.
If the client is a no-show, the Company will take the booking as cancelled and will be subjected to the terms and conditions of the Co-loader / Carrier / Airline / Transporter.
Cancellation of services must be informed at least seven (7) days before the Vessel ETA and will be subjected to the terms and conditions of the Co-loader / Carrier / Airline / Transporter.
Under normal circumstances, Booking Confirmation if cancelled in within seven (7) days prior to vessel ETA will have no charges from carriers. Please refer back to the Company's Booking Confirmation on the specific information about your Booking Cancellation.
